Associate School Counselors’ Bulletin

Greenon: Mr. Dunstan will be here today during Intervention Periods. He needs to see all Greenon students. He will meet with seniors about credit checks.
Kenton Ridge: Mr. Hawk will be here today during Intervention Periods. He needs to see all KR seniors so to complete credit checks for graduation. Upcoming Cougar Events: Picture Day with be Wednesday, September 10. CTC Students should report to Kenton Ridge at 7:45 A.M. Seniors- Panoramic Picture, Friday, Sept. 26. Senior are to report to KR by 8:30 A.M. Note: When attending a KR event CTC students sign in the guidance office prior to attending the event and pick up a pass when leaving to return to CTC. If the event you are planning on attending at KR requires you to leave CTC you will need a parent note granting you permission to attend. This note is to be turned into the CTC attendance office prior to leaving for KR. When returning to CTC sign in at the attendance office. Please return the following forms: Juniors and Seniors: Registration, Emergency Medical. Seniors: Graduation Name
Northeastern: Mrs. Faust will be here today during Intervention Periods. She needs to see any senior needing make up credit to graduate. Yearbook pictures will be taken September 10 at Northeastern High School. Passes will be given to you to return to school. Makeups are October 15. Senior pictures for the yearbook are due January 16th.
Northwestern: Mrs. Rutan will be here today during Intervention Periods. She must meet with all Northwestern seniors and anyone else wishing to see her.
Southeastern: Mr. Woods will be here today during Intervention Period. He must see all juniors to complete a credit audit. Also reminder, any students planning to attend the homecoming dance must complete drug testing prior to the dance. Picture forms, drug test forms, and dance forms are in the attendance office at CTC. Homecoming Dance is October 4th 8:00 pm and Picture Day is October 27th at 7:30 am. OGT test week will be October 27th - 31st.
Shawnee: Mrs. Combs will be today during Intervention Periods. She must see seniors A-L for credit checks.
Springfield High: Mrs. Manoloff will not be here today.
Tecumseh: Mrs. Dicker will be here today during Intervention Periods. She will have powder puff football t-shirt orders and ballots for Homecoming court. She will see anyone else wishing to see her.
Catholic Central: Mrs. Somers will not be here today.
Upward Bound: Mrs. Swanigan will be here today during Intervention Periods.
